Shipping Methods

• Canada & USA (Orders under $800 CAD), most shipments use Chit Chats as our preferred carrier.

• International Orders, we primarily use Canada Post for shipments to France, the UK, Ireland, Japan, and other international locations.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. For tracking updates, please check directly with the respective shipping company.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on location and customs processes. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders:

• Canada, $12

• United States, $38 (duties and import fees prepaid)

• International (France, UK, Ireland, Japan), $48

All shipments include tracking and leave Canada within 2 business days.
